Tori is a writer and content creator, sharing her passion for fantasy and science fiction novels online and producing book-related content for her growing audiences on YouTube and TikTok.
She is also a life-long gamer, and in early 2018, she launched the video game website LoadingXP. As Founding Editor, she built the site from the ground up, previously managed a team of writers, and developed professional relationships with video game developers, securing AAA and indie titles for previews and reviews. In games media, Tori began writing at The Nerd Stash, where she covered breaking news and major industry events such as E3, Gamescom, PlayStation Experience, and more; wrote reviews for both AAA and indie titles; and produced features articles related to console and technology news.
Tori graduated from Hamilton College with a B.A. in Classical Studies and a focus in cultural Anthropology; and graduated from Columbia College Chicago with an M.F.A in Creative Writing Fiction. Her short fiction has appeared in Tilde Magazine, LEVITATE Magazine, 365 Tomorrows, among others. Punctuate Magazine, where she previously served as Assistant Editor, was named “Nine New Lit Mags You Need to Read” by Poets & Writers.
Currently, she lives in Chicago and is at work on her first novel.
